Yosemite in the Spring

I know it’s fall but I’m playing catchup with all my travels and activities for posting.

I think I enjoyed my drive from Mariposa into the park as much as I enjoyed being in the park.  Being springtime, the river was running, the flowers were in bloom, and the greens were lush.  If you don’t want to walk much, it’s very doable by car and there are shuttles that are available most of the day.

Hint: don’t curl your hair like I did before visiting the waterfalls, otherwise, carry an umbrella.

I travel, eat, blog, organize and re-organize, hunt for the unusual out of the usual, attempt many DIY projects, and can't go without boba for more than a week. The craziest road trip I ever took was to go to Sequoia National Park for a day - from Huntington Beach. The round trip was over 12 hours and the visit lasted about 2 hours. But the views were worth it!
